Privacy policy

Luiz Pereira (ygual) ("ygual", "we") runs this website. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit it, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers this website only. Data you process inside the ygual application is covered by your customer agreement and our data processing terms.
What we collect
Technical data. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, receives your IP address, details about your browser and device, and the pages you request, so that it can deliver the website and keep it secure.
Site statistics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and page views and to see which pages, referrers, countries and devices they come from. It does not use cookies or local storage, and it does not track you across websites or build a profile of you.
Messages. If you email us, we keep your message and your email address so that we can reply.
How we use it
- To run the website and keep it secure.
- To understand how the website is used so that we can improve it.
- To reply to you.
We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell it.
Who receives it
Cloudflare, our hosting and analytics provider, processes it for us. We may also disclose information when the law requires it. We do not sell personal information.
Where it is processed
ygual is based in Ontario. Cloudflare operates around the world, so your information may also be processed and stored outside Canada, including in the United States, where it can be accessed under local law.
How long we keep it
Server logs and statistics are kept by Cloudflare for [retention period]. Messages are kept for as long as we need them to reply, and for [retention period] afterwards.
Your consent
We collect only the information described above. By using this website, you consent to that collection and use. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us, subject to legal and contractual limits.
Your rights
Under Canadian privacy law, including PIPEDA and the privacy laws of Quebec, Alberta and British Columbia, you can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Children
This website is for businesses and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their information.
