What we collect

Messages. If you email us, we keep your message and your email address so that we can reply.

How we use it

We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell it.

Who receives it

Where it is processed

ygual is based in Ontario, Canada, and Cloudflare operates around the world, so your information may be processed in countries other than your own, including Canada.

How long we keep it

Server logs and statistics are kept by Cloudflare for [retention period]. Messages are kept for as long as we need them to reply, and for [retention period] afterwards.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, including California and other US states, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to correct or delete it, and to object to how we use it. To exercise these rights, email [privacy email address]. We will not treat you differently for doing so.

Because this website sets no cookies and we neither sell nor share personal information, there is nothing to opt out of here.

Children

This website is for businesses and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of the page.
